Arthur Francis Sculpture design and create unique, high-quality garden sculptures and features using both traditional and modern techniques. They are one of the UK’s leading specialists in galvanised and Corten weathering steel, creating contemporary and industrial-style outdoor features that stand the test of time.

the brief

They were looking for a new marketing agency to review their marketing strategy and then go on to refresh their website, establish their social media channels, produce ongoing blog and social media content, as well as design and deliver a regular email programme. Ensuring everything was integrated and joined up was a key priority.

the result

may worked with Arthur Francis to deliver a revitalised website that was easier to navigate and better reflected the brand and product offering. The look and feel for social and email content was developed, and Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels were all set up. may still continues to plan and manage all of their social media, email and blog activity, including ongoing production of all content. In 2023, follower numbers across all social channels increased - Facebook by 60%, Instagram by 25% and LinkedIn by 265%, with engagement reach and metrics consistently up. Average open rates for newsletters were 62% and average click rate was 9.3%, way above industry averages.
