the brief

They were looking for a new marketing agency to review their marketing strategy and then go on to refresh their website, establish their social media channels, produce ongoing blog and social media content, as well as design and deliver a regular email programme. Ensuring everything was integrated and joined up was a key priority.

the result

may worked with Arthur Francis to deliver a revitalised website that was easier to navigate and better reflected the brand and product offering. The look and feel for social and email content was developed, and Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels were all set up. may still continues to plan and manage all of their social media, email and blog activity, including ongoing production of all content. In 2023, follower numbers across all social channels increased - Facebook by 60%, Instagram by 25% and LinkedIn by 265%, with engagement reach and metrics consistently up. Average open rates for newsletters were 62% and average click rate was 9.3%, way above industry averages.

We have been working with may for the best part of a year and we couldn't be more pleased with how the relationship continues to grow. From the beginning, may have taken the time to understand and research every aspect of our business and market sector in order to align a structured marketing plan with our business needs. We are already seeing visible results with the wealth of knowledge and experience they have implemented. The team are professional, friendly and a joy to work with, making them a valuable extension of our business.
